Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of defense for our managed services clients, providing expert-level technical assistance across a wide range of IT systems. You'll troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure our clients' systems run smoothly 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts
